Raja Hari is a 15-metre private charter speedboat — twin 250hp outboards, soft canopy, padded seating for 15 passengers, and a small sun deck up front. The fastest way to cover the Komodo National Park triangle in a single day.
If you have one day to cover the park, a speedboat is the only format that works. Raja Hari runs at 25–30 knots cruise — the transit from Labuan Bajo to Padar takes 90 minutes, to Manta Point another 45. The same loop on a phinisi takes a full day each way.
Raja Hari also pairs naturally with the 2D1N speedboat tour format: day on the water, overnight at hotel in Labuan Bajo, second day on the water.
Soft canopy over the main passenger area (full sun protection), padded bench seating for 15 passengers, marine toilet, cool box for drinks and snacks, small bow sun deck for sunset cruising. Safety: USCG-rated life jackets in every size including child, marine VHF radio, EPIRB, twin engines for redundancy. Captain is multi-year Komodo veteran.
Full Komodo highlight loop in one day — Padar, dragons, Pink Beach, mantas, Taka Makassar.
ExploreTwo days on the speedboat + one night at hotel in Labuan Bajo — the most popular short-overnight format.
ExploreCloser islands — Kanawa, Bidadari, Sebayur — no park fee, gentler pace.
ExploreRaja Hari is primarily private — the whole boat for your group at USD 350–800/day depending on route. For shared/sharing tours we use other vessels in our day-trip fleet.
Modern outboards on a 15m hull at 25–30 knots is the smoothest format below a stabilised motor yacht. Much smoother than a phinisi or a smaller open boat.
1–2 weeks ahead in high season. Last-minute bookings (next-day) are often possible outside peak weeks.
