1.3 Website data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), cookies for site functionality and analytics. We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for visitor analytics.
1.4 Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, and call records you exchange with our booking team.

3.1 Vessel operators: we share guest names, passport details, and dietary/medical requirements with the operator of the vessel you charter.
3.2 SiORA / Komodo National Park: we submit passport details to the park’s SiORA platform as required for park entry.
3.3 Payment processors: payment data is processed by our payment provider (Stripe / Doku / bank-transfer institutions) under their own privacy policies.
3.4 Service providers: third parties who help us run the business (cloud hosting, email service providers, analytics) under written confidentiality terms.
3.5 We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4.1 Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
4.2 Booking data is retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance, then deleted.
4.3 Marketing-list email is retained until you unsubscribe; you can unsubscribe at any time.
