The captain plans the route around the tides, not the calendar, which means every high-current dive happens at slack, every viewpoint hike happens at the right golden hour, and every sundowner happens at the right anchorage.
A typical 8D7N route circles the entire park clockwise: south to Manta Alley and the Nusa Kode muck-dive sites, west to Komodo and Padar, north to Gili Lawa, Castle Rock and Crystal Rock, then out past Banta to Sangeang volcano. We can also build an east-bound version that pushes through the Sape Strait toward Alor and the Forgotten Islands — one-way charters with disembarkation in Maumere or Kupang.

Yes. One-way 8-day voyages east toward Maumere, Kupang, or Alor are available on selected vessels (relocation surcharge applies). Westbound to Lombok or Bali requires a longer charter (10–14 days).
