You can book directly via our website inquiry form or contact our team on WhatsApp. We respond within a few hours, send a tailored proposal, and confirm your dates with a 50% deposit.

What documents do I need to prepare before the trip?

A valid passport (6 months validity) is required. Most nationalities receive a visa-on-arrival or are visa-exempt for Indonesia. We also recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

What is the difference between a private trip and an open/share trip to Komodo Island?

A private trip is exclusive to your group with a fully customizable itinerary. An open/share trip combines smaller groups on a fixed itinerary at a lower per-person rate.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak season (April-May and December). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — contact us to check availability.

What is included in the Komodo Boat Charter tour price?

Accommodation, all meals, snorkeling/diving activities, land excursions, expert guides, and crew. Excludes international flights, visas, travel insurance, and tips (10-15% of charter cost is customary).

What happens if the weather is bad during my tour?

Captain safety is our priority. If weather forces itinerary changes, we adapt routes to sheltered areas. Full cancellations due to weather are extremely rare.
