Komodo Boat Charter Price Guide 2026

Complete, transparent pricing for every budget — from shared open trips to ultra-luxury superyacht charters across Komodo National Park.

In Short

Komodo boat charter pricing varies based on vessel type, charter duration, season, and the number of guests. Understanding these factors helps you select the charter that delivers the best value for your travel goals and budget.

01

Major Pricing Factors

Season impact. High season (June–August, December) carries a +15–25% premium. Low season (January–March) offers a 10–20% discount. Shoulder season (April–May, September–November) is charged at standard rates.

Duration discounts. 5–7 day charters receive a 5–10% discount, 10–14 days 10–15%, and 21+ days 15–25%.

Value optimization. Save 10–20% by booking directly, 15–20% by travelling in low or shoulder season, and 10–15% with flexible mid-week dates. Joining larger groups and extending trips beyond 7 days further reduces the per-person cost.

02

2026 Park Fees & Additional Costs

National Park Entry: USD 200/day (increased from USD 100). Park Ranger Guide: ~USD 6.50/day. Diving Services: USD 50–100 per dive. Snorkeling Equipment Rental: USD 10–15/day. Domestic Flights (Jakarta–Labuan Bajo): USD 80–150.

03

Cancellation & Booking Policy

A 30% deposit is due upon booking; the remaining 70% is due 14 days before departure. Cancellation 30+ days before departure receives a full refund minus a USD 100 fee; 15–29 days a 50% refund; less than 15 days no refund. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card (4% processing fee), and PayPal. Typical gratuity is 10–15% of trip cost.
